1. After receiving the project from the client, it will be assigned to one of our team members.
2. Once the team member/employee receives your project and agrees to it, we will provide you and the employee with each other's contact numbers and emails. This will allow you to communicate with the employee and for the employee to address any questions or concerns you may have.
3. Upon project completion, the employee will create a video, take pictures, and send them to you. Once you receive them, you will make a payment of 60% of the project cost to the employee. The employee will then send you the entire project via email or any other process.
4. If you approve the project, you will make the full payment to the team. If you have any changes you'd like to make, you can communicate them to the employee. This process helps establish a trusting relationship between the team and the client.
5. Our goal is to establish a trustworthy relationship between the client and the employee. We provide trusted employees and, in return, we expect clients not to engage in any fraudulent activities.
